Q. Shall I keep the dash cam connected with my phone when it is working?

A:The dash cam starts to record videos automatically when the car is started without needing to connect to your phone,
however, if they are connected, you can preview, download, and play back the videos from the app on your phone.

Q. Why some of the dash cam video recordings are missing.

A:Please make use the App& firmware are the latest version. If there is “Storage exception” notification means the SD card is corrupted and need to be replaced.

Q. Will high temperatures affect the Dash Cam?

A:The Dash Cam protects itself in high temperatures. When the Dash Cam's electronics reach 160F, the device will go into shutdown and automatically recover when it cools down.

Q. what is emergency video?

A:When the G-sensor is turned on and an impact is detected, the dash cam will record a 10 second emergency video.
These recordings are saved in the emergency gallery (you can find it in the 202emegency folder from micro SD card, maximally 10 emergency video files can be saved).
The emergency recordings will cut off a normal recording cycle and make it shorter than the normal recording loop.

Q. what is the name of the App? the camera for connecting.

A:Android system mobile phone:open” Google play store”search”Kacam” to download and install, you can see the dash cam video on the app also.

IOS system Apple phone:”Apple store” search”Kacam” to download and install.

Q. How can i track the GPS?
A:If you want to see it on computer, need to install the GPS player, please contact with us to send you link to install.

Q. How may voltage camera?
A:It's 12v change to 5V.

Q. Why the camera don't accept any of SD cards?

A:Please make sure your SD cards is Class 10,it accept class 10 SD cards only, and be ensure insert the SD card correctly.after you insert the SD card, you need to format it firstly, on settings, you can find “format”, please format the SD card on your phone's app.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
